I am disappointed on the flexibility of these wheels! They don't swivel on slick floors or carpeting as in a home! On concrete I have to kick thenm to get then back in line as they stick 90 degrees! When a person like me needs to use a walker, not smart to be kicking wheels! I was going to return them but I just put them in locked position as it was to much of a hassle for me to remove and return them!

Bottomline is that the wheels don't swivel properly and that's what they are intended to do. One of them swivels just ok, but the other one gets stuck constantly and it is frustrating as heck. Might as well have a fixed wheel on there.

I wanted to give these wheels a "break in" period before writing a review.
Well, they had their chance and they are just not very good.
They do not swivel properly and they do not roll very good. A real big hassle for someone who needs a walker that works and they don't need to fight every step they take.
