I took my 2 dogs for a walk this morning using the Pet Safety Illuminated collar for the first time and it was great. I've tried the flashing tags you attach to their collars but my dogs are active and go running through the woods. Those tags eventually fall off. This collar is secure and very visible to on-coming traffic. I have 3 large dogs that are primarily black. We end up walking at night most of the time. These enable me to feel that drivers can see the collars, if not the dogs, and avoid them. I also wear saftey lights. I've had friends tell me they can see me over a block away - that's what I want. We've had them 2 months now with no problems (batteries still work fine - so I don't have a longevity to put here). I would buy them again if needed.
