This was originally listed as a 20 disk set but disk #15 has been found to be deffective so the listing is for disk's #1 through #20 but #15 is missing. If you need a starter or filler set, this is a great value for the price. If you are planning on giving someone a Karaoke machine for the holidays or if you know someone who already has one, this is a GREAT GIFT!! There are 340 DIFFERENT SONGS in this set and the quality is pretty good for the price. These factory manufactured CD's come sealed in cardboard sleeves with the song titles and artists listed, play the music without the lead vocals and display the lyrics on a Karaoke CD&G player. These songs are professional reproductions and not preformed by the original artists. In fact on a number of songs, the "hi lighting" is always on "everything", so for some you better have some idea of how the song goes or you will never keep up. Overall I would guess that about 85 to 90% of songs are very close to accurate as far as timing,the others will aggravate the crap out if you. The discs are in plain white slipcovers with a clear window. I don't think the discs are labeled so that will be fun. As far as the quality of the music, I don't know yet, it's still a few days before Christmas but as soon as I get the chance to use them I'll let you know.**UPDATE** The quality is great, no objections. the music isn't exact but at least it's real music, not that clown ice cream truck music I've heard on other CD's. We have used these discs several times since Christmas and we haven't had any problems with them. |
