I use my ankle brace during my daily aerobic workouts and trust it completely. I am a Zumba instructor and must pivot and turn in my dance routines. When I severely sprained my ankle for the second time in less than 6 months, I thought I would be out of commission for months. This brace really gives me the confidence to conduct my workouts without worrying if my ankle will give out. The removable inserts add a lot of flexibility and comfort to the brace as well. the only thing that might be made better is the inserts, if the brace isn't positioned properly on my ankle, the outer insert puts pressure on my anklebone. |
