It comes with a template so you get the screws in the right place. The only downfall is that double toilet paper rolls do not turn easily. I am guessing they made this for single rolls. I use double rolls, but in the beginning it has a resistance to it. Otherwise than that, it is beautiful and looks like quality. The design doesn't allow for larger rolls of bathroom tissue, and the quality of the posts and paper holder itself was very poor. The installation instructions were also very poorly written, mainly incorrect dimensions between posts. I returned this product to Amazon the same day I received it, and the return process was seamless and efficient. Thanks Amazon.
