When I visited the local retail stores they carried similar products by brand but using the old attachment system (two screws per attachment into wallboard) vs. the one built in wallboard pre-attached screw on this system. Overall I don't like securing items to wallboard. To use this system you need experience and some luck. If it doesn't work well the first time, that is the only chance you have. In retrospect I would use the traditional method of attachment which uses four anchor screws. We wanted something classy and classic. This is a good fit for our arts and crafts house - it looks nice and seems durable - and we've put one in two bathrooms, along with matching Brantford towel bars and toilet levers, and have had no problems in 10 months of use. Definitely recommend using the included anchor screws to secure it to drywall, but that should work fine (just make sure you have it exactly where you want it, because digging out the screws means patching your wall). Replacing TP rolls is pretty easy with the spring mechanism. The only word of caution is that you could scrape the finish if you're not careful when putting the bar back into place.
