Tragic Customer Service,

I was very disappointed with this supplier. The gymnastic rings were damaged in an accident and I really wanted them replaced very quickly. Despite repeated requests, the seller refused to provide a phone number where I could contact them to order a replacement. Also despite the fact that I specifically stated that I was in a very big hurry, they took over a day to answer each email. Very bad service... Best Choice Products is obviously not the best choice.
Also, after this issue, I have researched them and found a lot of other unhappy customers out there.
